Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are definitely encouraged especially if you have a preference of a particular technician however walk-ins are welcome!

Are we a unisex salon?
Most of the threading and facial services are unisex. There are some restrictions on waxing for men. We do not do hair services (cuts, style, color etc) for men. Please call us for more information.

Do we accept credit card?
Yes, we do! We do require at least $10 minimum for a card charge, and suggest you tip the technicians in cash.

I have a groupon. What do I do?
We only accept groupons at our Jericho Tpke location. Please call at 516-616-5955 to make an appointment.
